We had a great experience with Nick. Nick responded the same day to our first email request and cam the following evening with a plan for the sale (list of comps, dates for open house, etc). Nick's advice on how to get the house ready to sell paid off - we had about 10 groups at the open house and probably another 10 showings that same weekend.
