If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. ~ Michael and Gretchen were wonderful in so many ways (and my review is long overdue). When we put my house on the market, it had a lot of showings and I went under contract really quickly. We were one day away from closing and the sellers changed their mind (for a home closer to their kids' school). Heading into winter, when homes are not as likely to sell, it was a scary time for me because I was also under contract to buy a home. But Mike and Gretchen 'upped their game' and had my house back online and being shown incredibly quickly. I had new buyers within a week or so and we successfully closed in January. ~ Mike and Gretchen care about who they are helping buy and sell a home and their work-ethic is in line with what is pleasing to God. Their patience and empathy is an added bonus that I won't ever forget.
As a Canadian looking for property in the US, we were looking for a long period of time for a specific set of realty criteria. During that time Michael maintained in communication and constantly gave updates, until we found a property that fit our budget and desires.
He worked diligently, demonstrated great market information, and went above and beyond through working with our bank to assure where they were falling short didn't interrupt our ability to get the property of our dreams.

We worked with Michael for over two years from afar after discovering Eureka as a place to relocate. He was patient and thoughtful in listening to our needs and criteria in the home we were looking for. He was consistent in sending us links to property that he thought would be desirable. We came to Eureka to spend a weekend and he took us around showing us multiple properties and areas around the town. But beyond that, he was genuinely interested in getting to know us better and we so appreciated his gentle, kind, reassuring manor! Once he found us our perfect home he represented us competently and professionally throughout the escrow and all its details right through to closing and after moving in.
