If your looking for the right real estate agent, you've found her! Jennifer was Fantastic! We had specific needs to be met when trying to find a home that would qualify for an FHA mortgage and all of its many specific inspection requirements, and still remain within our budget. She made this entire process a lot less stressful. We had several small issues arise that required a lot of her attention and in every case she responded via text immediately and communicated with all the involved parties on short notice to get the work done on our tight timeline. She is knowledgeable. We had less than 45 days to find a home and close and she made it happen. I have had other real estate agents in the past and they were not nearly as attentive and responsive as she was. She went above and beyond what I would have expected and in several cases traveled long distances to and from locations around the area to help us find the right home. Even after looking and finding the right place, she traveled to the house to meet us and let us in just so we could take a final look for planning our move. I cannot recommend her enough. When it came to completing the sale and negotiating the price she did a fantastic job working with the sellers agent. You cannot go wrong with her. Jennifer is a great all around person that cares about your needs and wants in a home. She listens to the questions and concerns, you would have with a property and answers them with honesty. She is a nice, caring, compassionate person and realtor agent! If the house looking takes forever that's okay she will stay in touch with you and will reassure you things will be looking up.
