I was a double winner working with Anthony -- in 2022 he both sold my home and executed the purchase of my new home. If you read his bio, it's pretty impressive right -- maybe even a little too good? Not at all. Having bought & sold with him I will attest to all of it: "Legendary, impeccable, committed, expertise, sold over $2 billion" etc. Yes, his knowledge & success are well known. But how is he to actually work with? With nothing to prove, Anthony exudes a calm confidence; he keeps the process moving along with nary a fire drill; isn't 'excitable' like youngster brokers (this is not to say he's old!); explains what he intends to do, how, when & why such that I always wanted to slap my forehead and say, "Well OF COURSE that's how we should run it!" My purchase and sale were both great successes! And his vendors are stellar - the stager, inspectors, photographer etc - top quality and it made a huge difference. I'd like to say the same about his team at Amalfi Estates but because Anthony was fully hands on for both my purchase and sale, I had the opportunity to meet just one team member - who of course was also fantastic. To conclude, there are plenty of knowledgable, successful brokers to choose from.
