She has been in the business a long time and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. She made the extremely stressful process of buying a home smooth. She was patient with me and took the time to explain anything I did not understand. She was quick to respond to all my calls or emails, and when I was interested in a home, she was quick to set up same day viewings and would call me back with all the information regarding the home. She kept in constant contact with me and always let me know where in the process we were. She really listened to what I was looking for in a home and what my budget was and went above and beyond to help me find the home I was looking for. I am a picky person, I know what I like and had a list of "must haves". I looked at many houses before I found the one I wanted.
