With the current Coronavirus situation it made many of the normal activities of a house purchase considerably different for all players. The closing which was handled by the sellers attorneys office was not the most organized and made the closing a bit unclear but Candee pushed to get answers for us that they (attorneys office) were slow or late to respond to.
