If she didn't know the answer she went to a professional and got the answer, before the end of a day. It did not matter what day it was, or the time she almost always answered her phone. Our property was an estate sell and two realtors were brought in to evaluate and do market analysis for the home. The other realtor came in with a lmuch higher selling price and in Sarahs opinion that it would not come close to that price. Being that many voices wanted as much money for the property; the other realtor was chosen and given a timeline to sell the property. That time came and went and Sarah was given the listing and priced it appropriately and it sold the first day that she listed it. Her knowledge of the area and the market were spot on.
