I purchased a house from this realtor and I can officially say that I got ripped off. They lied about giving us a shed before the deal was closed the driveway is a mud hole i can't even use my carport..and the trees are hanging over my roof. There's no closet space, they wouldn't even put up a $20 shower rod. The house isn't worth $76,500. They rigged the toilet problem and stuck cardboard under the leak to mask it. Never do business with them or you'll pay royally.
