We worked with Dan for just about a year searching for our forever home. Let me begin by saying that I am the type of customer most people in a long drawn out engagement don't want to deal with - I am a project manager. I met Dan back in February because I thought he was the listing agent for a new construction home in Brookline, NH. At the time I was toying with the idea of cashing in on a sweet spot in the market for our existing home in MA and appealing to my husband's desire for more land and fewer nonsense taxes. After chatting back and forth with Dan for several days, we decided to move forward with writing a contract on the house and we opted to sign on with Dan because he was pleasant and responsive.
