Long story short, we were able to find a house we loved, get pre-approved, send in an offer, get accepted and get it inspected all in 5 days. 30 days later we moved into the place we are so excited to call home!!
From day one, Melissa took her time to hear our needs and wants in a house. After looking at many many houses in a single day- she was patient, helpful, and made us realize details we didn't even know we were looking for. But I think the most impressive thing was how fast and efficient she was with all of the documents and communication. Being a first time home buyer, I was not sure what I was doing and she was good at checking in to make sure we understood all the forms and documents and made us comfortable going into the closing process. She is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the career and it made me confident to listen to her ideas and suggestions.
