Sean was the best guide in the first-time-buyer process that I could have asked for. His experience and knowledge of the market came in handy because I started my home search when the market was exceptionally a seller's market with low census. He met me where I was at and explained the entire process, and even managed to negotiate some expensive foundation work into the seller's price. He set up appointments for inspections etc for me, and is always communicative and responsive. He is a great listener and has an acute understanding of what a buyer is looking for even just after a couple conversations. You would have thought we asked Sean to sell the Biltmore Estate instead of a small undeveloped lot. He did a market analysis, provided great council, and constantly followed up to provide a status - mind you that this was just a vacant lot with small commissions! If he will put that much time and effort into our lot, think what he will do for your home! Also, he gave us great advice and he understands the market. We would have left dollars on the table if he had not provided us guidance to hold firm to our pricing - which was hard since we were wanting to unload this small parcel of land!! We aren't the world's easiest clients, and we know it. Purchasing from across the country and not knowing the area we are moving to has its challenges. Sean was more than up to the task!!
