It turned out that we were truly not ready to sell yet after meeting with them. Over the course of a few years, they were always available when we had questions and gave us guidance to get us ready to sell. They were also helpful with our land search and it seems like they showed us every piece of land within a 50 mile radius. They were always SO generous of their time and never once rushed us or pressured us into anything. When we decided that we were ready to put our house on the market, they never missed a beat and carried us through the entire process. I really can't imagine a better experience. The market is so crazy right now, but they made the selling process seamless for us. The process can be intense at times and Rebekah and Paul were always there for us. Rebekah is a firecracker! She guided us through all the chaos of buying our first home. She enthusiastically helped us through the search and when we found "the one" she was our fierce advocate through closing. I cannot say enough great things about The Cummings Team. We had the oh so fun task of selling under a deadline in time for the completion of our new home. Rebekah has been the best realtor we could have ever asked for. When we started this process, we had so many requests and requirements in a home. Rebekah searched and searched and spent so much time with us until we found OUR HOME. Rebekah didn't see us as a pay check but much more like a friends and even family. She didn't want us to be in a home we weren't 110% happy with. Even after the process, we still keep in touch and she still answers our crazy questions about warranty and such.
