So when it was time to sell I called him up which weve been in contact over the years so it wasnt hard to get ahold of him thats great when dealing with your realtor. Had several great offers for us in less than a week. And literally went all over to find us the right house. Early mornings late nights dealing with our difficult hoa the pushy sellers/buyers he got us the best deal possible in this crazy market. They are so on top of it. Have never had communication from any other realtor on the scale they gave to us. They would complete something and then let us know within hours that it was done as well as sticking to a time line they had established for us. Could not ask for anything more for a realtor to do.

Scott and Diane sold my mother's house when I was in a different state. They kept me in touch and we were able to do everything electronically. They put in a lot of effort to sell it, holding several open houses. In the end, they found the buyer themselves. They advised me on what to do to get the best price for the house. The best part is that they did light staging to help me get the best price for the house. Furthermore Scott and DIne are truly wonderful people.

I rehabbed a property and spent more than the budget. I had to carry the paper in order to recoup my expenses. Scott and Dianne listed the home for sale with no luck in selling we listed it for rent. A couple came through another realtor to rent the home and qualified to purchase it through me carrying the note. A Win Win Win event.

After looking at several houses that we thought were within our price range, we were discouraged. However, Scott persevered in bringing us more possibilities. We felt Sun Lakes was out of our price range, but Scott pushed on, finding a house just coming out of probate and not even on the market yet. There were repairs to be made before escrow could close. Scott never let up in shepherding those through to completion. There were hiccups in financing and Scott was always ahead of the game to keep the financing on track.
