Gerald made sure he understood my timeline to sell my house and he did everything to meet that. Both my rental property and my house sold fairly quickly. He helped me feel comfortable with the whole process abs didnt push papers at me. I wish I could use him and his services where I am now located.

Working an 8-5 job I could really only look at houses after work or on the weekends, but Gerald was good about making himself available if there was a house I saw that I wanted to go tour. The flexibility was nice and Gerald's knowledge of houses was great to have as I was not an expert by any stretch of imagination.
