Not only does she make it her business to get to know her clients and truly be sensitive to and cognizant of their unique needs, but she does her homework above and beyond the basics that common realtors do to ensure the best deal for her clients and ensures they are armed with all the pertinent information to make a sound decision in home-buying. We felt truly supported, taken care of, and in good-hands the whole time. Heather goes above and beyond. She absolutely didn't have to, but she helped me clean for showings because my family had been so sick this past winter that the task without her aid would've seemed insurmountable. She also saved boxes to help us with packing and even helped us move some items just because she knew we have no family nearby and are not the types to ask for help.
