This was a unique property to sell, it was my parents home and we had recently put my mom in a nursing home. I never thought that we would be able to get a sale price over 80k, Tami did present an offer within the 1st five showing the initial offer was in the low 80's while I was willing to jump, Tami calmed me down and sure enough the same seller came back with an offer of 90k
