My husband and I wanted to buy property in the Knoxville/Maryville area, but we had a vague idea of property-type, exact location, and neighborhood. My wife and I are out-of-state sellers and we took the time to research numerous realtors in the Knoxville / Maryville area. Bedros took the time to get to know my wife and I as we inquired on selling our mountain property in the Look Rock Estates just outside of Maryville, TN. I have purchased and sold 4 homes in my 55 years and honestly never been a big fan of real estate agents. I assumed Mr. Bedros would be more of the same.
