We started our Home Search back in April of 2015. This is when we first met Marcey Rodgers. She was helpful, and my Husband and I instantly fell in Love with her. She has a super Personality and that is a Plus with us. We decided not to purchase at the time, since we still had to sell our Home in Buda, Texas and we did not want to have a Contract based on Contingency of selling our Home. We stayed in touch with Marcey, and in June of 2015 after selling our Home, we went on the Hunt for a Home. We looked at many Properties and even had several Contracts, but they fell through one way or another (I am happy that they did, because we bought my Dream Home). We took a break for about 6 Weeks and waited for my Husband to Retire from the Military. While waiting, we stayed in contact with Marcey Rodgers and she continued to send us Home Listings and answered any question we ever had in a timely manner.Then in August we started our Home Search again and found this lovely Home that we purchased. Marcey Rodgers has been patient with us (especially me, since I was the one handling most of the Paperwork). She was with us from Start to finish and I am happy that we found her. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the buying or selling market. She is knowledgeable , patient, funny, smart and just a great Person to be around.
