Betsy was everything a first-time home buyer could ask for. She was incredibly insightful throughout the entire process, and ensured we fully understood what was happening every step of the way. She went above and beyond for us, taking videos of multiple houses and editing them to send our way when we were unable to visit the homes ourselves. We never felt pressured by her, and honestly, it felt less like a stranger and more like a friend helping us find a place. She's personable and doesn't shy away from the negotiation side of things. She made sure we got a fair shake when it came to repairs. And the best part? Her job isn't over after closing. Betsy has been going to bat for us long after all the papers were signed, ensuring that we remain satisfied with the home as well as the agreed upon conditions in our contract. Betsy is awesome! She helped us with every inch of the home buying process. She explained everything to us beforehand and as we went through it.
