We were supposed to do our last walk through of the home we are purchasing and she did not leave the keys for us to go in the home, and when asked why, she said that she didnt know we were closing.... my agents had been emailing her and keeping everyone updated.
She was the agent of the seller and you would think it would be important to her to sell this home.
If she had apologized and been truthful and nice it wouldnt have been an issue But this extremely important milestone in our lives seemed like it wasnt important to her...
