We closed on a house with a seller who used Jordan as their agent. Jordan did not answer any phone calls that our attorney and real estate agent made up until the end when he absolutely had to. In a few words: communication was non-existent. We began to communicate with the seller directly. It was evident that the seller was not aware of steps that they should be taking in the process. The process would have been much smoother had Jordan recommended from the get-go that the seller retain an attorney, which they eventually did on their own. It was an unnecessarily extremely frustrating process.
