My wife and I were buying our first house last year, and Adam could not have been more helpful. It was one of his busiest seasons of the year, but he made sure to respond to every question and he accompanied us on more house visits than I can remember. As first-time buyers, though, I think what we appreciated the most was his advice. Adam is knowledgeable about the market, about pitfalls, and about negotiations. He played no small part in helping us secure what has been the perfect home for us, and he turned what would have otherwise been a nightmare into a relatively easy process. I hope not to move again for a while, but I won't hesitate to ask for Adam again next time.
