We found Bill by a happy accident. He was the listing agent of a home we were interested in touring, but sadly was already under contract. He offered to help answer any questions we had since we were first time home buyers. And BOOM. Realtor found. And boy, were we in for the best surprise. Bill was understanding, helpful and above all, honest. He didn't try to sugar coat anything, and gave us the information we needed to make the decision that would be best for our family.
