There are not enough good things I can say about our experience with Bert as our agent. We had a unique situation where we had 30 days to be out of a rental and into a new home during COVID19 and not to mention a competitive market. We didn't even have the home we are now living on our list to go view, Bert added it after speaking with us and hearing our wants/needs. We loved it right away it. Bert knew it would go fast so he worked hard on an offer that was fair for both parties and won us our house. Bert made our home buying experience a pleasure. From the first time I met with him when I had only been in San Antonio for a few days. I never felt pressured to look at or consider any home other then the ones I was interested in. A few day later when my family got into town he showed then around to the homes I was interested in. During the actual purchasing of the home we decided to go with Bert continually checked in with us to make sure we were always doing alright. Any questions that we had about this process, there where a lot, he never once made us feel like we were bothersome to him. If we could give Bert more than 5 start we would. He is a great realtor to work with. 9 years ago we moved to the border town in Texas from Illinois, between those years my husband and I decided to move to a bigger city and somewhere close to his job. We have friends who also had moved to San Antonio and they were kind enough to give us a realtors name and number, which we called right away, but he never answered our calls or returned our calls. So I called the office and Bert answered the phone, he asked me what I was looking for, price range wise, rooms ect ect...at the time we just wanted to rent so Bert started looking for apts to look at (year 1), none where what we expected, so we stopped looking. (Year 2) we decided to let Bert know on renting a home, once again he started to look around, set times for us, and again nothing we liked, (Year 3) Bert called us, (mid June early July) greeting us, asking if we were ready to purchase a home. Honestly, we were not even thinking of trying to purchase till the year 2018, Berts words were let's give it a shot, you never know . So in July 2017 we found out we were approved to buy a home, with the price range we already had in mind for. Bert started looking right away for homes, meeting us at our convenience, this is our 1st home, and he made the whole process smooth, he gave us great advice, he was honest, professional, he has worked as a realtor for so long, he knows exactly what he is doing, I am glad he was the one who picked up the phone that day 3 years ago, he never gave up on us, he just knew that one day he would help on getting us our home. His calling is definitely making families happy by helping them getting their dream home. I recommend to who ever is moving to San Antonio, Bert is the one to help. 2017
