I would recommend Scott to anyone! As a first time home buyer, the process of searching for and purchasing a home can be pretty intimidating. Scott broke down each step for me in ways for me to understand. He was so quick in his responses and getting me into home showings (even amidst a global pandemic). He answered all of my questions with ease, and allowed for constant communication to limit worry and stress. Scott helped me find my dream home!!

My wife and I bought a new home using Scott. When we put in a request to review a property on realtor.com, he was the only realtor to actually call us instead of sending an email or a text to try and earn our business like many others had. Upon talking to him he gave us a lot of great, unbiased information. He wasn't pushy to try and get us to use him as our buying agent which we really liked. It was like getting information and recommendations from a friend and why we chose to use Scott.
In the process of buying, my wife and I weren't sure if we would keep our old house and rent it out, or if we'd sell it. Scott was completely okay with this and stopped out to give us his opinion on the house if we had chose to sell it. While selling a home for a realtor could make them a considerable amount of money, Scott never made us feel guilty for keeping the home and not having him put it on the market. Another great thing.
Throughout the buying process, we had a lot of questions. Anytime I'd contact Scott, he was prompt to respond regardless of the time. If for some reason he didn't know the answer, he'd state he didn't know off hand but would find out the answer to make sure we got the right information. When walking through homes, I loved that Scott had a construction background. He wouldn't try to sell you on a home you didn't love, and would point out different things within the home weather good or bad. It was like having a home inspector walking through with you before you made an offer.
In the end we ended up putting in an offer on our now home. Scott met with us at the property at about 10pm at night so we could look one more time and sign our offer. We ended up getting the house we wanted thanks to Scott who took the time to talk us through how best to go through negotiations. We feel like we got a great deal on a home we love and wouldn't hesitate to use Scott again for any property purchases. He's earned our trust and business and we couldn't be happier.
