Collin helped my wife and I get our first home. In the 2020-2021 market it seemed impossible to find something in our budget, but Collin kept us positive and provided good counsel the whole way through. By the time we found our home and began the process of inspection and remedy we were already fond of Collin, but this is where he really earned our respect and gratitude. Collin spent countless hours negotiating with the selling party and agency on our behalf. It was an arduous experience due to an, lets say, "unorthodox" selling agency, but Collin protected us from this frustration and kept fighting for us until everything we had requested was achieved. Collin is a down to earth optimist who's good spirited nature will rub off on you even when the market is trying to keep you down. Collin never made us feel less important due to our relatively small budget, in fact I was surprised to learn he had other clients during the same time he was helping us due to the attention and commitment we received. I cannot recommend Collin enough!
TLDR; Collin is a positive and down to earth real estate agent who fights tooth and nail for his clients and I would highly recommend him!
