Im not sure if I found rental property Mr. Cota manages on Zillow or Realtor.com. We have been actively looking for a rental home before buying to relocate back to Lufkin tx. My husband & I inquired about a home on 103 with a preferred move in date as we are currently in a lease. Mr. Cota have lots of feedback at first regarding the home but they wanted someone in the home quickly, therefore I had told me we would hold off and just look closer to April. He came back with, let me speak with owners to see if they will hold property for deposit. Great, thanks, we moved forward with applications. Were told applications usually take 3-4 days to process but would be given an update. We filled out applications Sunday night and were told Monday morning he received them. Have been given no update or response since then, and have been left on read. Once Mr. Cota did respond but again just said 3-4 days. Its been a week so the least I expected was just an update, I understand things happen. We were left on read instead. We were never given approval or denial, but we are no longer interested in property since Mr. Cota would be the one managing the property so we would still be dealing with the unprofessionalism even renting. I usually dont leave bad reviews, I dont think Ive ever left a bad review, but after paying application fees and receiving no update, I feel as if we were not treated professionally. 2024
When selecting a realtor, we wanted someone who was not only knowledgeable about the area, but also took pride in their job, liked helping others and was involved in the community. Kevin was exactly what we were looking for! He was wonderful to work with! He was always available to answer all our questions in a timely manner!
