I recently used Jane Gray as my Realtor for a purchase of rental property in Sacramento. Jane did an excellent job for me.
As an out-of-town purchaser, I was unfamiliar with the market in the Sacramento area, but I had an idea of what I wanted. Jane Gray grew up in the Sacramento area and has worked as a Realtor there for years (decades). Not only did Jane thoroughly inform me of the different neighborhoods and options available, she patiently took me to every home that I was possibly interested in. To say that I learned a lot is an understatement. Without Jane's knowledge and excellent communication skills, I would have been ignorant of the situation and I well may have purchased a property that was wrong for me.
Although my purchase could have been relatively simple, we ran into a few problems none of which were related to Jane. The problems were primarily caused by me, my bank and the Title Company handling the transaction.
I am a Type-A personality, high energy, hard charging, detail oriented type of person. As a result, I sometimes irritate others that don't share my intensity. One of Jane's best attributes is her ability to work with somebody like me. Jane is extremely patient, soft-spoken, intelligent and knowledgeable exactly what's needed when dealing with a Client like me. Regardless of my strong personality and demanding nature, Jane never varied and was consistent in her professional, pleasing and personable demeanor. Jane worked with me through various issues, and she never over-reacted when I "went off" a few times due to problems that arose none of which were caused by Jane.
Finally, I must add that Jane Gray always answers her telephone, or gets right back to you. Always. This is so important and so rare!
I strongly and enthusiastically recommend Jane Gray as a Realtor in the greater Sacramento area. In fact, I am hoping to make another purchase within a year and my first call will be to Jane Gray. Rating 5 stars out of 5.
