Because I feel that everyone offering a Service to others (especially when getting paid to do so) should be at the top of their game, I don't do Reviews; unless I want to help someone from experiencing BAD Service. Today I am taking the time to write a review on Martha Haecherl because of her AWESOME handling of my sale. A year ago she sold a property in my neighborhood so she was referred to me by a friend who saw how expertly the handling of that sale went - he was really impressed. I am almost three thousand miles outside of the USA and gave Martha a call asking if I need to fly back home to put my house on the market. "Not unless you want to" was her immediate reply. She assured me that we can pull this off as long as I am able to convince my Tenants to move out when the time comes. She made that part easy also because by the time she met the Tenants they were smitten with her professionalism and good charm. Martha and her Team did a SUPER FANTASTIC job getting my house prepped, photographed, and listed within a week after that call - and - SOLD on the first day of showing (with eleven offers in three days). Handling and coordinating matters between all involved parties was like the sweet sound at a Symphony - she did not miss a beat. The sale of our home was such a positive experience mainly due to our agent, Martha Haecherl. We bought a home 850 miles away in Oregon from our Laguna Hills home. We moved and left our home empty for the sale. There were many small details regarding prepping the home, making repairs, last minute adjustments as well as diagnosing situatuons and more. Martha happily took care of all this while we were unpacking far away. She took an incredible amount of pressure off us by interfacing with contractors, dealing with utilities companies with transferring issues we had. Not once did I have to get on a plane and return to handle things! Martha and her Team did it all!
