Rick pursued us for quite some time. He was diligent in following through with us and really made us feel comfortable allowing him to handle such a huge purchase that we were about to make.

A pleasure working with Rick Hardin. Our residence was in North Carolina, and we had limited ability to spend time cruising the area to become familiar with it. Rick made himself available whenever we could find time to look at listings that sounded interesting. His familiarity with the area and the market helped us narrow our search and identify our needs.
