We decided to sell our second condo just before Christmas and called Michelle. She came over quickly and took over the whole sale. We thought that we had a lot of cleaning to do before listing but, she had the rug cleaned, as well as the rest of the house and got a contractor to take care of the home inspection items at a reasonable cost..
