My experience with Alex was purely by accident. I believe it was fate. My agent at the time was not helping me at all, I was working full time as a nurse at the beginning of the pandemic and met Alex showing me a house on a holiday Sunday on a moment's notice which my agent wouldn't show up for. The rest as they say is history. I knew the moment I met him he was the agent for me. After I found the house of my dreams, he fought tirelessly with a difficult seller and realtor to get this house for me on my terms. He never gave up. There is no other I would recommend either buying or selling.

When I first met Mr. Darboe, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He prove that time and time again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and of the local market. Every time we viewed a new property he would perform a methodical inspection looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of the construction, finish, appliances etc. Alex also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get the price that we were comfortable with. I am now living in my dream home and consider Alex not only my realtor but my friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home.
