Jill Strickland made finding and buying our first home a pleasant and comfortable experience. She is diligent, responsive, and pro-active. Jill was there every step of the way and took all of the guess work out of the process. n nShe was able to make solid recommendations regarding other professionals involved in the process such as a home inspector and closing attorney. She worked closely and stayed in constant communication with the mortgage broker we had selected despite not having worked with that individual previously. Working as our exclusive buyer's agent, she also stayed in close contact with the seller's agent and was able to settle all issues amicably and to everyone's satisfaction. Jill attended every event at the property including all inspections and the bank appraisal. n nShe is pleasant, professional, and forward when necessary (e.g. when the seller or seller's agent is unresponsive regarding terms of the sale). She is also familiar with the real estate in her region. She showed us several houses we had located on various sites, but ultimately we ended up buying a home that she thought might interest us which we had not seen on any of the real estate sites. n nWe could not have asked for a better home buying experience. Jill was amazing through the entire process of buying my first home in North Carolina.
