Janell was only a text message or call away when we needed a question answered. She worked with our schedules to coordinate seeing homes. Which was pretty difficult considering that I worked days and my husband worked nights. Janell offered her expertise on many topics related to buying our new-to-us home. We never felt like we were bothering her, she went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be recommending her to everyone we know that is looking in the area for property or a home.
