Mark and Lisa Duffy are the best agents you will ever find. I have not only used them to buy 3 houses and sell 2, but I referred them to my sister, son, 2 nieces and a coworker who also used Mark to buy houses. Mark and Lisa are so helpful during the house buying/selling journey. Whenever we contact them with a question or a concern, they always get back to us within the hour, but it is usually more like 15 minutes. They will also meet with you in person to go over your questions and concerns if you would rather do that anytime of the day. When you use Mark and Lisa, there is no pressure at all. They want you to find the right home that will be a great fit for you and your family and if that means looking at a ton of houses, they will do that with you no problem. This process can be burdensome and scary, but they make it easy and fun. Believe me, I had so many questions throughout the process and they both answered them without making me feel like I should know that or point out the fact that I have asked that same question a hundred times. They are reassuring and thoughtful thru the process. I just can't say enough about Mark and Lisa an how helpful they are. They go above and beyond for their clients. Both Mark and Lisa are family oriented, and they treat you like a family member and only want what is best for you and your family. Mark lined up houses for us to see while at a family event. He went above and beyond lining up house all over the place knowing we where on a time crunch. Mark was patient this us and always polite. He was quick to answer any questions we had and also handled any problems that came up. We knew we where in good hands and will be recommending him to family and friends. Cant imagine what this process would of been like without Marks help.
