Five stars for Tom Moore! We contacted Tom last November about our desire to sell in mid-2022. Tom came out that day to walk the property and give us some tips on how to get our home ready for sale. He had also worked up some comps to show us the estimated current value of our home. He walked us through a quick overview of the listing/sale process and typical seller costs to give us a rough idea of the revenue we might expect.
We contacted Tom again in May to let him know we were ready to move forward with the listing. From that moment until the day we drove away from our home for the last time, he was a model broker.
