For example, she found someone local with a low-to the-ground sports car to see whether a steep driveway was likely to cause problems for my car since it was two time zones away and I couldnt test it in person. When we were going to buy a house and looking for a agent, my friend recommand Laura to me. I am glad he is right, Laura is nice passionate. when she got to know that we don't have much time to stay in Austin to see the house. She made a greate schedule for every weekend, and we looked more than 6 houses everday, it is hot in Austin at that time, i appreciate her patientce and help ,we find our house finally. Laura is the best realtor I have ever had! I was purchasing my 3rd home in Austin while living in Santa Fe, NM and she found my "unicorn" house since I definitely gave her some odd requests for my dream home. Laura was my trusty eyes on the ground, was present for all my inspections, took pictures for me and video-chat walked me through the house, gave me her candid honest opinions and really saved the day in trying to buy a house site unseen. For a few weeks we were chatting several times a day, occasionally at odd hours, and we swapped selfie wine toast pictures to celebrate when we were on track for the closing!
