When we were deciding to buy a new home and sell our current home we wanted to make sure that we had someone with a lot of experience and a personality that would work well with us. When you're making the biggest financial decision, you need the best! And that is what Tom is! We asked around and had a lot of people recommend Tom. After meeting with him we knew it was the right decision. He found out that he has over 30 years of experience as a realtor in Livermore (and his dad was even a realtor in Livermore). When we had told him our wish list of a house he never pressured us to look at houses that didn't match our wish list or budget. We made the choice to visit a few open houses without Tom and each time we mentioned to other Realtors that we were working with Tom they all had positive things to say about him. A couple even said, I'd love to work with Tom again if you decide to place an offer on this house. A great sign that he is well established in the community and has a good reputation to work with. When we liked a home and wanted to place an offer on it we would have Tom with us to the open house or a private tour and he would point out things (good and bad) about the house we maybe didn't think of and would make suggestions about how to move forward if we were interested. Throughout the entire process of placing offers (and getting denied, and then accepted!), buying our home, and selling our previous home, Tom was thorough with his follow up with each step and keeping us up to date. If he didn't have an answer for us, he didn't bs us, he would tell us he would find out and get back to us. His office team, especially Noelle, was also great to work with. The one regret we have is not using his recommendations on the mortgage broker end. We had some hangup's and poor communication in that area, but Tom went above and beyond to make sure things stayed on track.
