Horrible experience find a reliable realtor not this one, purchased home not even a month ago from this disgrace of a human. Work was to be done and completed by a licensed contractor prior to closing signed by her seller in agreement. Now she is refusing to provide receipts for the work, and failing to reply. RUN TO A GOOD AGENT not this one SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. Business practices are shady at best, as well when asked on the phone the seller knows people in the profession and had his friend perform the work definitely NOT standard business practices. Dont put yourself through the struggles Im dealing with currently.
