Nick is the best real estate agent you could ever hope to work with. He guided our home sale through every step of the process with skill, knowledge, and expertise. He was able to expertly assess what we needed to do to get our house ready for market. He brought in the right contractors, stagers, photographers, and everything else that goes into a successful sale. Everything was done on (or even ahead of) schedule, and on budget. In the end, our house went on the market nearly two weeks ahead of schedule and sold in just 3 days for exactly the price we were hoping to get in our wildest dreams (which was more than $7,000 over the asking price). I've used Nick as both buyer and seller and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nick was great not only with making sure everything was taken care of every step of the way, but was also great at keeping a low pressure environment the entire time--I never felt stressed in Nick's hands. He is wonderful with a lot of tips and tricks I did not know as a single first time home buyer and seller and was great at getting my home show ready, even getting my lawn cut for me when I had already moved out of state. I remember him giving me great money saving tips on how to upkeep the home so I wasn't spending unnecessary funds and let me know about good brands to get for appliances and that the furnace was a high quality.
