We have been working with Marc for several years. From our first rental unit purchase through today we have used him for all purchases (3 Duplexes and 7 SFU) except one which we made through a friend who owned the property. I wish I had something good to say, but I dont. Came recommended from USAA, big mistake. Disrespectful and lack of follow through. Willing to promise anything just to get you to sign them could care less. Made numerous promises to get things done, but ultimately we were on our own. Would not recommend. As a military family we already scarifice so much then to have to deal with this. Military or non find someone else. 2018
