It's hard to give an accurate testimonial because the house we looked at was in rough shape. Had it been a normal situation I think things would have been easier for her. The house had about 30 keys and sorting through them was awful. Not to mention that this is a multi-family house and there aren't any other properties like it. I think considering the situation and how peculiar it was, Bonnie did as good as should could in that situation.
She made us feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. And honestly, that's all you can ask for when the house you're looking at is a definite fixer upper and over 100 years old.
