I have been in the market to purchase hunting property for some time and came across a listing that Ashley was managing. I emailed her late one evening with questions regarding the property and checked my emails early the next morning to see if I had a response. To my surprise, Ashely had responded. I had not expected a response that quick and she answered all of my questions and educated me on additional un-imporved land questions. She was extremely knowledgable and for me that is important. I've worked with other realtors in Brackettville, and always had a difficult time getting them to be responsive, and more importantly, list my house on social media sites where people actually shop (Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, etc.). n nAshley will aggressively market your home to make the sale happen.
