It started a couple years ago I had my realtor in Illinois get me a realtor in Tennessee and that realtor passed me off to Linda thank God. We looked at a lot of houses every year right before my leased expired. Hard to find a house that picky me would like. Then you have to be fast because the good ones did not last long. Got in a same day offer in and came in second but won the battle because I had already sold my house so I could close fast .Linda was always there for me and with her knowledge made it a easy close.
