The owners moved out & are selling the property. On Tuesday, 6/22, the listing agent Rochelle White of Reliant Realty dragged a full size refrigerator, a ft tall shelving unit, a large wooden dog house, a screen door frame out to the street. She filled their trash cans with paint cans and other metal things that the trash company will not pick up. I called her and she promised it would all be gone by Friday 6/25. As of this morning, Saturday 6/26, the trash cans are still full, the dog house is still in the street, as well as the screen door frame. It is my understanding that these actions violate Ordinances 8-201, 8-202, and 8-205, in addition to the National Realtor Association Code of Ethics. 2021
Rochelle made buying a home that was built from the ground up easier. She answered all of my questions promptly. She was extremely patient with my wife and I because we had a multitude of questions. Rochelle is an excellent realtor. She listened to our wants and dislikes in reference to buying a house. She never tried to deviate from that list in order to make a sale. 5 years ago I was looking to buy a home. I called a few people but didn't know exactly was I was getting into. This would be my first house I ever purchased. During my interview process of multiple Realtors Rochelle was outstanding and blew all the other Realtors out of the water. Her personality is amazing and her attention to potential clients is above and beyond. We were first time home buyers and beyond nervous. I started interviewing months in advance of being ready, we were ready, I just didn't know it at the time because I over worry and over think things. Rochelle answered all my questions, chatted with me about my fears, checked in on me and sent me listings to look over while I was on the fence if we were really ready to make the jump from being renters to home owners. This went on for a few months, not once was she pushy nor did she come off as being annoyed while I dragged our feet. Each time she asked if it was okay to send us some listing that met most if not all of our wants and needs. She was so patient with us and beyond understanding. She provided us with a list of lenders when we were ready to start the preapproval process as I didn't know where to begin. Her attention to detail was spot on. When we finally selected a house, she was there every step of the way. She addressed every concern we had, continuously came by the property to monitor the progress and update us as things were progressing. She was there every step of the way.
