We had a wonderful experience with Rochelle. We were relocating to the area and had a limited time frame to look for a house, and Rochelle was flexible with her time. As our (sellers) agent, she comprehensively explained the entire sales process at the outset, received and implemented our input, and kept us current with external communications every step of the way. Rochelle and Nels did an outstanding job on our behalf. We have sold homes in the past and our agents have done an OK or adequate job but our experience with Rone Homes was at a different level. They proved the old adage that success is 90% preparation and 10% execution. n nThey entered our home and were immediately able to recognize the selling points. Their eye for detail and artistry and Nels ability to photograph the scenes just so made our home more beautiful than we had ever imagined. The use of 3D mapping and Matterport technology allowed potential buyers to take a virtual tour of our home and decide if it was what they were looking for without the disruption of a personal visit to the property. As a result, the pool of potential buyers viewing our property in person was both smaller and more motivated than a general pool of visitors. Our house was on the market for 6 months with little movement. I saw Rochelle's other listings, web site and how she was marketing her listings and felt like she could make a difference for us. n nWe relisted with her and had a full price offer in a couple of weeks.
