Sandy set up a viewing immediately upon request. She was knowledgeable and concise. I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The entire process was smooth, and Sandy was quick to respond to messages and organize the documents required to finalize closing. Highly recommended!

t is difficult to write a review online without an ounce of negativity nowadays. I always feel, doing so seems fake or somehow compensated for the review. Absolutely not true here! Prior to closing on the sale of my mom's house, I have been looking forward to completing a review for Sandy and Glen Cove Realty.
A few months ago, I was looking for a realtor group to help sell my mom's home in a 55+ community in Mays Landing. I personally have never bought or sold a home. I promised my mom to help get her setup in a new location, closer to us and others in her life. This responsibility lingered heavily upon me. I started calling real estate companies in the area around mom's house. I only contacted three companies to see how my conversations would go with their respective realtors. When calling Glen Cove, I was connected with Sandy. After speaking to her, I knew I had the right person to help mom and I with the sale. I was wrong! In retrospect, I had the "perfect" person to help mom and I navigate the sale.
It is impossible to imagine a more perfect combination of: personal skills, professionalism, empathy, patience, and guidance in a real estate agent. All of this through what would be a uncertain time for mom and our family. The house was listed and mom soon thereafter had medical issues which had her in the hospital and physical in-patient rehab for a few weeks. Even though mom was unable to take part in the sales process, and I lived 2-2.5 hours away, Sandy guided me through the process. She coordinated minor repairs remotely and triaged priorities on my trips, as well as made connections to professionals who could help keep the sales process on track. Never once did I feel pressured, nor "alone" in the process. I could always count on Sandy to pick up the phone and talk over what needs to happen, and she'd always make sure I understood timelines and deadlines without excessive pressure. She understood that I was under pressure and having my own professional and personal responsibilities in Lancaster, PA.
We closed on mom's home on June 14, 2022. Without Sandy, I would not have been able to reach the finish line with my mother. Glen Cove is really lucky to have such a wonderful agent on their team! It was a pleasure working with Sandy and Glen Cove to serve the real estate needs of our local community in such a personal way!
