We were looking for a single family home and through a friend's referral we reached Manny and we were extremely happy closing on a deal.
In the past we met few realtors who initially sounded friendly but later realized they are nothing less than being pushy. Buying a home is a long and hectic process. But during our journey for hunting homes, Manny showed real good care and love for our needs, and was smart enough to suggest the right thing to do at every step of our way. His honesty is speckless and I'm happy to say he's a subject matter expert at real estate. He's got all the qualities of a good gentleman with a customer first attitude. He showed us homes in the mornings, afternoons and even at nights or whenever that's convenient to us. His negotiation skills are apt. He got us a good home for a good value.
