Jenifer Brown is the best realtor I've ever dealt with for the sale or purchase of a home- I appreciate her professionalism, and her attention to detail. Where other realtors were good at the marketing and getting the offer in the door, but fall short when it comes to the addendums and negotiations that come between acceptance of an offer and closing- Jenifer has excellent skills with those more boring details and negotations which can sometimes be frustrating.
