I was disappointed with his professionalism and communication. I seen him once, during the entire process. I would never tell recommend Art to anyone. However, he passed me off to Kenisha Bey a realtor that was showing me houses ,and she made sure that I was comfortable and fine throughout the process she did a better job of making sure that I got into my home. If you are interested in selling or buying she's the person you should go to.

My husband and I are first time homeowners and Mr. Obleton was above and beyond responsive to everything! Always there when we needed him and the communication was great! Could not have asked for better!
